Abstract
The present work was conducted to identify three strains of CUV isolated from naturally infected cucumber plants, cowpea plants and cucumber fruits. Experiments were carried out to study the biological relation ships between CldV strains and insect vectors, tmnslocation and prevalance of the virus and to study the effect of the virus concerned on yield and chemical conposition of the hosts.
