Abstract
The study was done 16 thyrotoxic patients 8 males and eight females. thier age ranged between 22 and 75 years with mean of 41.8 years old. The diagnosis was confirmed by the use of waynls clinical diagnostic index and by determination of serum level of T3, T4 in Tanta clinical pathology Department. Full clinical and routine laboratory examination was done for all patients. Ambulatory monitoring continous electro cordio grame by Holter monitor was done for every patient , before and after treatment. The results of Holter monitoring was studied and analysed indetial before and after treatment. In thyrotoxic state the mean heart rate was 104+15 beat per minut fell to mean of 82:l + 5 beat per minute after treatment.
