Abstract

Moitoring of glyemic control is the cornerstone of management for insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, HbA1C levels in hemodialysis patients can be influenced by starting or stopping EPO treatment, and HbA1C levels can decrease or increase according to the increase or decrease of hematocrite caused by changing the EPO dosage, respectively
