Abstract Films of polyvinyl chloride (pVC), butadiene acrylonitrile rubber (NBR), and polychloroprene (neoprene -w) have been prepared by casting technique using proper solvents. The study of the effect of ultraviolet (UV) irradiation on the current - voltage characteristics of the above materials showed that neoprene (w) is the more senstive material to UV irradiation. For this reason, it was interest to study the parameters affecting the conducivity of such material in details. |
