Abstract
Chlorpromazine, a major tranquillizer is widly used in therapeutic purposes. However, it is known to have some side effects depending on the does used, time of treatment, sex of the treated animal. The present work deals with the study of some biological parameters in an attempt to reveal some effects induced by chlorpromazine in the adult rats and in the newborns delivered from pretreated animals.
