Abstract
A total of 217375 bovine animals were slaughtered in Sohag Governorate slaughter-house and inspected for detection tuberculosis affection during the period 1986-1990. The total number of examined cattle carcases was 107016, where 7(0.007%), were totally condemned as generallized affection with tuberculosis. Local affection of tuberculosis in examined cattle carcases was 82(0.077%) 261(0.244%), 1700(0.589%), 33(0.031%), 103(0.096%) and I(0.0009%) in inspected quarter, head, lung, liver, intestine and spleen, respectively.
