Abstract A total of 75 random samples of ready-to-eat cooked meat samples were collected from El-Azhar University (Assiut Branch) foodservice establishments where 27, 28 and 20 samples were obtained from Faisal, Mobark and Wessa buildings Respectively. The collected samples were dispatched to the laboratory with a minimum of delay and examined microbiologically for enumeration of Aerobic plate, Enterobacteriaceae, coliforms, Staph.aureus and C.perfringens, as well as, isolation of some members of enteric group and staph. aureus. |
