Abstract

In this thesis we study the fuzzy rough programming problems. This thesis consists of introduction and five chapters. In Chapter 1, we give a survey on vector optimization problem. It includes the different classification of the parametric approaches that have been used to describe the efficient solutions of the multiple objective problems, fuzzy numbers and their arithmetic operations, rough sets and fuzzy rough sets. In Chapter 2, we introduce the multiple objective linear programming problems with fuzzy rough coefficients, a solution concept that is attractive from the stand points of feasibility and rough efficiency, a necessary and sufficient condition for such a solution. In Chapter 3, we investigate a parametric analysis of multiple objective fuzzy rough programming problem, the basic notions of parametric analysis for this problem, the stability set of the first kind. In Chapter 4, we introduce the formulation of multiple objective transportation problem with fuzzy rough coefficients, fuzzy rough supply values of the supplies and with fuzzy rough demand values of the receivers, a solution concept attractive from the stand points of feasibility and rough efficiency. Finally, in Chapter 5, we give points for future research.
