Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the arachidonic acid metabolites profile as well as freefatty acids pattern in ischemic heart diseases the correlation between these metabolites and the disease activity as well as the effect of treatment on their metabolism patients of this study were selected from the coronary care unit and the outpatient clinic of cardiology and internal medicine mansoura university hospital.
