Abstract Schistosomiasis is adebilitating disease affecting 200 millions people throughout the world. Strategies for controlling this parasitic disease depend upon the accurate dignosis and on the active treatment. Diagnosis of schistome infection depends on direct detection ova in the stool and urine of infected patient, this method of less sensitivity because in patients with chronic infection, the ova are trapped in tissue of rectum giving false negative results. |
