The aim of this research is Evaluating The functional performance of Some Bedspreads Fabrics Available in Egyption Market to eliminate the suitable specification of different kinds of clothes under study that lead to best uses The research sample was divided into natural samples 100% , Industrial samples 100% , blend ( industrial samples / natural) . The research have been kinds of physical and mechanical tests on the samples, and some of the statistical methods used to identify the best quality samples in functional performance. The results finished as follow : the study proved that there is a combination of factors that control the properties of, upholstery fabrics ,The recruitment of these factors quality commensurate with the type of material leads to quality. The highest quality of the samples tested in the job performance of industrial fabrics ,where the sample No. (2) a mixture polyester / acrylic and specifications as follows : [ weight (343.31 g) – Weaving construction (face :Plain weave 1/1 - Plain weave 2/2 Weft , the other face : Plain weave 2/2 Weft) - thread cloth sett (cm) (66 x 27) – Number yarn of warp (150/1 polyester) - Number yarn of weft (30/2 polyester , 3.1 /1 acrylic)]. The study concluded with a series of recommendations in the design recommended by the upholstery fabrics to achieve the functional performance.
