Abstract
The aim of the present stuy concerning the changes in S.C.T. in different stages of hepatosplen1c bilharzi- asisl Is to find a relation between such ohanges and the size of the spleen, stage of hepatio fibrosis, Prese¬nce of asoites, development of oollaterals and the degree of associated anaemia. • The study is extended also to point out to a relation between cellular hepatic dysfunction and the degree of hepatic fibrosis as well as the S.C.T.
