Abstract
The concept of semi - open sets in topological spaces was initiated by N. Levine [12] in 1963. After the publication of Levines paper, much attention has been paid to apply this concept in topology. Similarly, other types of nearly open sets in topological and bitopological spaces are defined in [1,4,23,30].
