Abstract 22 patients with cardiopulmonary schistosomiasis compromised the material for the present work, 18 while males and 4 were females, these patients were classified according to their progress into two groups based in clinical, electrocardiographic and radiological findings. 1- group .1. Comprised 11 patients with cardiograhpy on coronary bilharziasis, 2- group 2: Comprised 5 patients with grade 2 cardiopulmonary schistosomiasis characterized by clinical evidence of pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary artery dilatation. group 3: compromised 5 patients with cor pulmonale grade 4 characterized by clinical and electrocardiographic evidence of right ventricular hypertrophy. 4- group 4: Comprised 6 patients with cardiopulmonary schistosomiasis . |
