Abstract This study was carried out on 33 patients with fferent types of leukaemia and 10 healthy subjects. e leukaemic patients were classified according to e present pathology into: . Acute leukaemia group which was further divided into: i*Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia group (14 pati-ents) . iiO Acute myelomonocytic leukaemia grouP (4 Pati-ents).iii. Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia groui) in a state of relapse (6 patients). iv. Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in a state of remission under medical treatment (5 patients). Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia group (4 patients):Both the patients and healthy individuals were undergone a thorough medical examinationj complete history, full blood icturegroutine liver,and kidney functions, in additiong bone marrow examination was done for the leukaemic patients. 10 ml of blood were taken from evury case at the morning,Plasma. |
