Abstract
Cellulosic material such as agriculture and industerial wastes can be enzymatically hydrolyzed to yield glucose. This sugar can be fermented to a variety of biotechnical product in a separate process or simultaneously with enzymatic saccharification process/ The aim of the work: 1screening of some fungi for cellulase and cellobiase production. 2optimization of production of saccharification enzymes. 3some properties of crude enzyme prepartion from T.viride1 , A.nigir1. 4chemical pretreatment and enzymatic saccharification of pretreated cellulosic material. 5fermentation of saccharification hydrolysates to some biotechnical productes.
