This research consists of two imortant subjects : The personal values structure and the career path and the relationship between them, The research will be applied on the university staff and their assistants at the faculties of Mansoura Univrsity.
This research is built on many basic and suborinate hypothesises which say that there is no statistically significant relationship between prioritizing of the structure of values of Mansoura university staff members and theri assistants and career path.
