Abstract
The industrial progress and development are going rapidly to increase speed and to improve the efificiency of the machines. However, the quiality of products is highly emphasized. In this thesis some techniques were introduced for detecting and classifying the fabric defects. Two fabric structures were chosen, plain and twill. Each structure had three different level of welf densities.
