Abstract
The present thesis is devided into two main parts. In part 1, the scattering of high energy protons from different nuclei is studied. this part, in turn, is devided into three chapters. chapter I includes a derivation of the differential cross section of scattering in the impulse approximation. chapter II includes an analysis of elastic and inelastic scattering of high energy protons from Li6 nucleus. chapter III includes a study of elastic and inelastic scattering of 185 Mev protous from doubly-even, N=Z, 2S - 1 d shell nuclei. In part 2, the coulomb disintegration of Li6 nucleus is studied.
