Abstract

-The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. It initially aims to know what a theoretical study and review of the literature on the environment is, biodiversity, sustainable development, and the idea of natural reserves (International Union for Conservation of Nature categories, United Nations list, Ramsar Administration), and their global classifications and standards.
-Next comes the practical part, where the management system of natural protectorates in four selected countries is analyzed:
Internationally: the United Kingdom, Arabian: Tunisia, and locally: Egypt.
Based on the analysis and evaluation of the IUCN management categories and management system of the four selected countries, this thesis establishes guidelines for a proposed protected area management system. And extracting results and recommendations. And knowing whether it conforms to the controls and requirements that were set by the UNESCO Natural Heritage Commission.
- In the end, you study the case of Lake Burullus Reserve, analyze it, and arrive at the results and recommendations that must be followed.
