Abstract ”The current study aimed at developing primary stage pupils’ EFL vocabulary learning, grammar performance and their engagement through using a flipperentiated instruction web-based program. To fulfil this purpose, some instruments were constructed; a pre-post EFL vocabulary learning test, a pre-post EFL grammar performance test, an EFL grammar skills checklist, and an EFL engagement scale. The participants of the study were 60 pupils selected from the sixth-gradeprimary stage pupils at Barbar Primary Boys School in the Northern Governorate, Kingdom of Bahrain. The study adopted a quasi-experimental design employing two groups: experimental and control. The experimental group was taught through the proposed flipperentiated instruction web-based program while the control group studied through the regular instructional methods. Results revealed that the experimental group pupils’ EFL Vocabulary learning, grammar performance, and their engagement were significantly developed. These results showed that the flipperentiated instruction web-based program had a significantly positive effect not only on the pupils’ vocabulary learning and grammar performance, but also on the pupils’ engagement. Recommendations included using flipperentiated instruction web-based program as a framework for enhancing secondary stage students’ creative reading and writing skills. In addition, it suggested that further research should be directed to using flipperentiated instruction web-based program on developing pupils’ communication skills. ” |
