The tour guide plays an effective role in transmitting knowledge, culture, expertise and experience to tourists. Therefore, the scientific, cognitive, cultural and technological qualifications of the tour guide are an essential element in the success of the tourist trip .Therefore, the success of the tourism industry requires that the tour guide possess a great deal of personal culture, broad culture, and precise knowledge of the cognitive and cultural service that he provides to tourists, whether they are from within the country or from outside it.The study aimed to clarify the impact of the personal culture of the tour guide, open new horizons and research channels in the field of formations of personal culture, and reach a model that explains the mutual relationship between the personal culture of the tour guide and tourist satisfaction. And showing the role of the tour guide’s personal culture in achieving tourist satisfaction.The research relied on the descriptive approach through a desk and network survey and a review of Arab and foreign sources related to the personal culture of the tour guide, and modern trends in forming the culture of the tour guide. The analytical approach includes analyzing data based on the data of the results of the analysis of the questionnaire form. On the subject of the study and its interpretation, therefore 384 questionnaire forms were distributed via the Internet (online questionnaire) to a conveneint sample of tourists in Baghdad Governorate in Iraq. The questionnaire form was divided into two parts. The first section dealt with the demographic data of the study sample of tourists, and the second section dealt with objective data related to evaluating the impact of the personal culture of the tour guide on tourist satisfaction. The questionnaire form consisted of (40) questions. The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the opinions of the study sample about the impact of the personal culture of the tour guide on tourist satisfaction The study’s recommendations are to rely more heavily on employing tourist guides who are graduates of tourism colleges, hotels, and institutes specialized in tourism guidance, and to develop teaching curricula for tourism guidance so that they include the latest methods of tourist guidance and the use of modern technology, and to include in the curricula courses on tourism psychology, sociology, protocol, etiquette, and how to deal with tourists.
