Abstract The bacterial properties of AgNPs-CNTs were examined, and the MIC and MBC values were determined, the MIC level was calculated when there was no observable bacterial growth, and the MBC level was chosen when three or fewer colonies were visible (>99.9% killed). The ability of Silver Nanoparticles and decorated CNTs to bind directly to the bacterial outer cell membrane. Effectively, the fabricated AgNPs-CNTs enhance the ability of AgNPs to bind the cell membrane at multiple sites and induce significant cellular damage. The collected results showed that the largest relative change in protein leakage occurred at 3.2 g/mL AgNPs-CNTs, as the concentration of CNTs increased, which penetrated the bacterial cells. |
