Abstract
This research examined the spine’s operative anatomy. It was clearly examined theepidemiology, pathophysiology, pathogenesis and clinical events of the lumber burst fracture.The research also examined the anterior decompression and reconstruction of ant andmeddle column use anterior lateral retro peritoneal approach as standalone procedure. Thedistinctions between anterior only approach post only approach or combined , benefits anddrawbacks of each were also addressed, which emphasize a approach which benefits from lessnearby tissue damage, less problems, and fewer failure of implants.This research consists of 20 instances which correspond to the criteria of inclusions andexclusion. There were 12 (60%) males and 8 (40%) females, with median age 34.2 (±7.84)years.Before and after the operation, pain had been assessed using the VAS Pain Scale. Therange was between 7 – 9 with pre-operative and 1 – 2 with post-operative. ODI ranged from 80– 90 % before and 21 – 50 % after operation to mean, with improvement in kyphotic angle andneurological stat and acceptable perioperative and post-operative complication.
