Abstract
This work pertain to the synthesis of some new polycyclic isatins and isatin
hybrids, especially the isatin-coumarin hybrids with a study of their chemical
activities. The structures of these synthesized compounds were deduced from
their spectroscopic and elemental analyses. The anti-inflammatory, antibacterial
and anti-oxidante activities of some of these compounds have been
evaluated.
