Abstract
Results:a statistically significant increase in LAMP5 level was detected in multiple myloma patients compared to healthy controls (p<0,01).while there is no correlations between LAMP5 and other data.
Conclusion: in conclusion , this research emphasizes that LAMP5 expression in in newly diagnosed multiple myloma patients was highly significant using ELISA ,and its influence on patients prognosis still unclear as there was no significant correlation with other clinical data ,which indicates more research regarding its significance of its expression on prognosis
