Abstract
H
ypospadias is one of the most common congenital anomalies which affect 1/200-300 male.
Hypospadias affect the psychological and functional life of the patient.
The most common type of hypospadias is the distal hypospadias representing 70%.
So in Our study we are focusing to evaluate one of the surgeries used to treat the distal hypospadias and compare it with the results of other techniques.
Many types of surgeries were tried to achieve the best cosmetic appearance of the penis and meatus with the best function with trials to minimize the complications.
In our study we evaluated the Meatal Mobilization Technique as an option for treatment the distal hypospadias including glanular, coronal, subcoronal which was assessed by and objective measure [ HOPE score ] comparing the post operative results with standard photoes within the score.
Our results confirmed the viability of the MEMO technique in the management of distal hypospadias with almost no complication and better cosmetic appearance.

eatal Mobilization is a viable option for management of distal hypospadias with better cosmoses and minimal complications after evaluation by HOPE score
