Abstract
First, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude and gratefulness to Allah who continues to bless me and fill me with hope, faith and patience that enable me to carry out all my daily work.
I would like to express my deepest appreciation for Prof. Dr. Amina M. Abd El-Rahman, Professor of Pediatric Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University, for her valuable guidance, devotion of her time and effort in the supervision of the thesis. I appreciate her unforgettable support as well as her generous efforts in the evaluation of this work. It was an honor to be supervised by her.
No words can express my deepest respect and appreciation for Prof. Dr. Dalia Mamdouh Talaat, Professor of Pediatric Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University, for her patience, hardworking encouragement, continuous motivation, and her friendly careful supervision which made accomplishment of this work possible.
