الأهمية العملية :-
- وضع توصيات وآليات إجرائية مقترحة لتطوير اتخاذ القرار لدى مديري التربية الرياضية عينة البحث في ضوء القيادة الرائدة.
تقديم المقترحات والتوصيات التي تخدم المجال الرياضي والتربوي وتساعد على تطوير وتحسين أداء مديري التربية البدنية.
وقد تساهم نتائج وتوصيات هذه الدراسة في تحقيق النقلة النوعية المنشودة لدى القيادات التعليمية والرياضية.
4- أهداف البحث :
• التعرف على العلاقة بين القيادة الريادية والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى مديري التربية الرياضية بمحافظة الغربية.
• التعرف على مدى توافر أبعاد القيادة الرائدة لدى مديري التربية الرياضية بمحافظة الغربية والمتمثلة في (الإبداع – المبادرة أو الاستباقية – تحمل المخاطر – الرؤية الإستراتيجية – الحاجة إلى الإنجاز – الثقة بالنفس).
Entrepreneurial leadership and its relationship to decision-making among physical education directors in Gharbia Governorate
The research aims to identify the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and decision-making among education directors in Gharbia Governorate, through achieving the following sub-objectives: Building a scientific standardized scale to identify the dimensions of leadership in physical education directors in Gharbia Governorate, and building a codified scientific scale to identify the decision-making methods of Physical education directors in Gharbia Governorate, and the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the basic research sample consisted of (100) directed by the intentional method from the teachers of physical education, and the exploratory study sample consisted of (20) directed from the research community and from outside the basic sample in order to verify the validity and reliability of search criteria,
The most important conclusions:
Within the limits of the study sample and through the results that were reached using statistical treatments, the following conclusions were reached:
1- It was through the scale of the pioneering leadership of the physical education directors that was built that it was possible to reach the most important dimensions of pioneering leadership, which were represented in the following (creativity - initiative or proactiveness - risk tolerance - strategic vision - self-confidence).
2- Through the decision-making scale of the physical education directors that was applied, it was possible to reach the most important dimensions of decision-making, which were represented in the following (identifying the problem - collecting data and information - determining and evaluating available alternatives - choosing the appropriate alternative - following up and evaluating the implementation of the decision).
3- There is an agreement among the members of the research sample from the teachers of physical education that the entrepreneurial leadership has a role in the decision-making process while following up on the performance of teachers in schools.
4- There is a positive direct relationship between the pioneering leadership and decision-making among the physical education directors in the Gharbia Governorate.
