The current study aims to identify the effectiveness of a religious mentoring program to develop a sense of psychological happiness in a sample of high school expatriate-parents teenagers. The study sample has consisted of (20) male and female high school teenagers at Mit Badr Halawa school – Samanoud – Gharbia Governorate whose parents are expatriate. The sample has been divided into two groups: an experimental group of (10) students and a control group of (10) students. The experimental approach has been utilized to achieve the aims of the study. The tools of study include a pilot-data form, a psychological happiness achievement scale, and a religious mentoring program. Verification of validity and calculation of the scale have been implemented via binary methods (panel of judges validation – concurrent validity) via presenting it to a group of experts and verifying the stability of the scale through its reapplication on a 10- male and female high school teenagers sample whose parents are expatriate. After the post-application of study tools and conducting the required statistical processing via the statistical program. The study findings have concluded that 1) there are statistically significant differences at a significant level of 0.099 among the mean scores of experimental and control groups on psychological happiness post applying a sense of psychological happiness for the experimental group and 2) there are statistically significant differences at a significant level of 0.01 among the mean scores of experimental group pre and post applying the religious mentoring program on a sense of psychological happiness scale for the post measurement. Thus, the researcher proposes the following recommendations: the necessity of providing qualified, specialized educational pioneering cadres to handle teenagers of such an age group as these teenagers could perceive their teachers as role models in life. Furthermore, the researcher recommends the necessity of preparing a training program for high school students – especially those whose parents are expatriate – to develop their sense of psychological happiness.
