At the beginning of the twenty-first century, the term globalization became confined, so that the international system began to open up more to the digitization of the means of communication, which had a great impact on the need to move towards a world and a new form of communication until the sun of the digital boom appeared to shine at the end of the twentieth century and digital media began to rise slowly. In the beginning, however, the situation quickly changed, and the digital media began flying away from the rest of the traditional media, and I do not find an exaggeration in saying that it has become swimming alone in the sky of the interactive means of mass communication. Information on electronic news sites has shortened the time and effort. Limiting it to several characteristics, it can even be said strongly that the world has become a small village thanks to the digitization of mass communication.With the advent of the era of digitization and international changes starting from the current century and the strong trend towards new forms and patterns in the media, political and social approach, it was inevitable that there would be change and movement in the Egyptian society as a reflection of the international changes over time and the beginning of the era of change until the launch of the new name (the New Republic). It undertook radical changes in the cultural and intellectual structure of the Egyptian society. Among these changes was the establishment of important international events such as the ”World Youth and Economic Conferences” forum. One of the most important of these events, which represents openness and radical change in the new republic, is the ”Defense and Armament Exhibition EDEX 2018”, which is held for the first time.
