The study aimed to assess the impact of strategic decision making on improving productivity of industrial companies (applied to Misr Fertilizer Production (MOPCO) in domyat City. This was accomplished by Conducting a review of previous research on the topic and conducting a field study with employees of MISR Fertilizer Production ”MOPCO”. To meet the research objectives, the study utilized a descriptive approach. A survey questionnaire was designed and distributed to 300 individuals of the senior management of MISR Fertilizer Production (MOPCO) staff, 282 survey questionnaires were collected with a 96% response rate. The researcher used the Alpha Cronbach coefficient to calculate the coefficients of honesty and stability. Also, he used the Pearson coefficient and the Multiple Regression Analysis method to test research hypotheses. The researcher found a significant and positive relationship between strategic decision making and productivity improvement across all dimensions, he also found a significant and positive impact of all dimensions of strategic decision making on all dimensions of productivity improvement.The researcher recommended implementing strategic decision making stages unanimously agreed upon by experts.
