Abstract

Medical students will need teaching skills in diverse situations in their career like becoming a faculty staff member teaching students or being a resident teaching clinical skills to students and other situations which confirm the importance of the current study.
Up till the moment of introducing the current study, there was no formal training specified to prepare students at FOMSCU to be teachers. The current study aimed to develop a framework for introducing a “Student as Teacher” course as one of the essential training programs for all of the undergraduate students as a step to enable the future graduates to be professional educators.
