المستخلص The research aimed to analyze the moderating role of work - family conflict in the relationship between commitment to professional work ethics and level of job performance (professional / research) of teaching staff. by applying on a sample of teaching staff at Beni Suef University equal (324) individuals, and the response rate was (70.78%). through the design and testing of three proposed models that explain these relationships. The research concluded that the third model of modified or interactive relationships is the best of these models, which indicates that family to work conflict modifies the nature of the positive impact of the professional work ethics relationship with job performance where the explanatory ability of the first model, which is related to independent or direct relationships, which indicates the direct positive impact of professional work ethics on job performance, was raised by up to (54%), compared to the second model of modified or interactive relationships, which indicates that work to family conflict modifies the nature of the positive impact of the professional work ethics relationship with job performance, as it raised the explanatory ability of the first model by up to (48%( |
