Abstract Our study is carried out on 811 of students chosen randomly from primary Al-Azahar institutes which children’s age ranges from 6-12 years old and carried out in 3 areas: The Cairo’s area, The Alexandria’s area and The Dakahlia’s area (rural -urban) where chosen some model institute and ordinary institute for each area. The aim of work To Study and evaluation of nutritional information for students of AlAzhar institutes of different ethnic origins. To Assessment of attitudes, behavior and awareness of eating habits among students of different ethnic origins. To Assessment of the nutritional status of students of Al-Azhar institutes of different ethnicities. For that purpose, we do the following: 1- Questionnaire are for students. These Questionnaire contains about Question knowledge and Question behavior are for students 2- Aments of foods consumed daily, weekly, monthly and yearly as well as no prefer foods. 3- Anthropometrical Measurements of students e.g., weight and height and body mass index. As for found that the boys students about 50.46% where the boys students who age <9 years about 24.05% and the boys students who age >9 years about 26.57% where the boys students who <9 years raise in the Alexandria’s area about 10.28% and the boys students who age >9 years raise in the Dakahlia’s area about 14.08% while the girls students about 64.38% where the girls students who age < 9 years about 27.68% and raise in the Alexandria’s area but the girls students who age >9 years about 36.54% and raise in the Dakahlia’s area wherever raise the girls students than the boys students in there areas. - 271 - While that total count of nationalities students’ sample is 175 while total count of Egyptians students’ sample is 636.
