المستخلص

In this study, the researcher dealt with the relationship between organizational cynicism and job burnout, by applying it to employees in the localities in Dakahlia Governorate. The researcher relied, in choice the search items, on the method of a stratified random sampling for district employees in Dakahlia Governorate, and The research sample amounted to (374) items, which were rounded to (400) items, and (391) respondents, with a rate of (97.8%).The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent organizational cynicism as an independent variable and job burnout as a dependent variable, and the researcher used Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (Alpha) to calculate the reliability and validity coefficient, while she used both the correlation coefficient and the analysis method multiple regression To verify the validity of the research hypotheses, and to analyze the primary data of the study, the statistical program (SPSS) was used to enter and analyze the primary data.The results of the statistical analysis indicated that there is a significant positive relationship of the dimensions of organizational cynicism on the dimensions of job burnout. with regard to organizational sarcasm, and the study also found that there is no difference between the opinions of district employees of Dakahlia Governorate according to the demographic characteristics (gender, age, academic qualification, marital status, and number of years of experience) with regard to job burnout.
