We are now experiencing a technological revolution in all fields that contributes to achieving the desired goals and helps provide the largest amount of information about the desired phenomenon in a way that is predominantly easy and fun.
Multimedia is a form of modern educational technology, which seems capable of facing these variables, with its contents of educational materials, devices, machines and educational situations in a comprehensive, integrated and continuous system. The learner’s experience, makes him more prepared, and it helps to satisfy his need for education, and leads to a great diversity of experience, thus preparing for him areas for growth in all directions, thus working to enrich the areas of expertise that he is going through, as it diversifies the methods of reinforcement that lead to the installation of correct responses and confirmation of learning and helps to form new desirable directions (2:214).
The interest in multimedia came as a result of the tangible shift in educational thought from the pattern of collective educational situations to those of individual ones, and in terms of the focus in evaluating the student on memorizing the content of the study subject to an evaluation that measures the amount of the student’s skills and achievement of educational goals, and this interest came As a result of the change in the role of the teacher, where his role is no longer limited to transmitting the scientific and educational heritage to his students only, but has become more demanding than ever before to deal with and design modern educational devices, tools and materials and to benefit from their functions and capabilities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of educational situations. (46: 148)

It is not required that scoring be done in the presence of all the previous conditions, but accuracy is the most important condition for achieving successful scoring (25:33).

Through the previous presentation, it became clear to the researcher that the importance of using technological teaching aids for therapeutic exercises to correct the angle of Q to achieve the greatest possible functional efficiency of the knee joint, in addition to the statement of the importance of developing the accuracy of shooting in football, where winning in football depends on the accuracy of the shooting greatly.
Through the researcher’s work as a specialist for stadium injuries and physical rehabilitation for the football team in the municipality of Mahalla club under 16 years old, he noticed a clear deficiency in the process of shooting for fixed balls, whether they were free kicks or penalty kicks, and through the researcher’s review of many references and studies that emphasize the importance of the natural balance of the angle Q in the protection against stress for some joints of the lower extremity, especially the hip joint, and thus affecting the effectiveness of skill performance, which stopped the researcher to discuss with the team coach, and by conducting an exploratory study on 8 junior footballers who clearly lack the accuracy of shooting, and an angle measurement was conducted “Q” using the genometer, and it turned out that there is a clear deviation in the “Q” angle from the normal rate for some juniors, which prompted the researcher to conduct the same previous tests on a distinguished group of soccer juniors in the accuracy of shooting, their number reached 4 juniors, and it became clear that they They are characterized by normal ”Q” angle measurements, ranging between (10:14) degrees, as it was also clear by looking at the exercises used in the training program for young people that they lack specialized exercises for shooting, which Previous studies emphasized its importance, which confirmed the research problem, which can be summarized in the following question.
Does the application of some orthodontic and specialized exercises using multimedia as a technological means that facilitate the process of explaining the exercises, help in evaluating the angle of Q and developing the level of some physical variables and the accuracy and speed of shooting the penalty kick in question?
The importance and need for research:
Scientific importance:
- Within the limits of the researcher’s knowledge, this research may be one of the rare studies that deals with the angle of Q.
This research may be a fertile field for scientific research in the sports field.
Research may contribute to improving the level of skill performance in football.
Practical importance:
- Knowing the effect of orthodontic and specialized exercises using multimedia on the normal range of the angle que and the accuracy and speed of shooting for Nash.
- Providing coaches and workers in the field of football with some information about the angle of Q, which may contribute to protecting athletes from injuries and improving their skill performance.

The aim of the current research is to design assessment and specialized exercises using multimedia and to identify their impact on:
* The normal range of Kew angle for junior football.
*. Some physical variables, accuracy and speed of the penalty kick, according to the three methods of football juniors.
Research hypotheses :-
- There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the pre-measurement and the post-measurement in the degree of the natural que-angle of the research sample in favor of the post-measurement.
- There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the pre-measurement and the post-measurement of the research sample, in some physical variables, accuracy and speed of correction, and in favor of the post-measurement.

Research Methodology:
According to the nature of the research problem, in order to achieve its objectives and test its hypotheses, the researcher followed the experimental method by using the experimental design for one experimental group and the pre and post measurement to identify the effect of the proposed exercises using multimedia on the Q angle and some physical variables and the accuracy and speed of correction in question.
Research sample and community:

The research community included football juniors in the municipality of El-Mahalla Sports Club in the second division league of the Western Region branch, and the research community includes (32) players registered with the Egyptian Football Association during the sports season 2020AD/2021AD.
The research sample:
The research sample was chosen by the intentional method from the research community represented in the players of the municipality of Al-Mahalla Sports Club, where the size of the actual research sample amounted to (12) football youths with a percentage of (37.50%), where the number of (7) youths were excluded because some of them did not adhere to the research procedures and were injured Others, and (12) players from outside the basic sample and within the research community were used to conduct exploratory studies
Data collection methods:
Reference survey:
The researcher conducted a reference survey for Arab and foreign scientific studies and references specialized in the field of physical education in general and football in particular, as well as using the Internet for information, all with the aim of assisting the researcher in:
Determine the general and theoretical framework of the research.
• Determining the physical requirements of a penalty kick.
• Determine the most important tests that measure the accuracy and speed of correction of the penalty kick, according to the three methods of the penalty kick.
• Identifying the method of measuring the angle ”Q” under discussion.
Administrative approvals:
The necessary administrative approvals were obtained so that the measurements could be carried out and the exercises applied using the multimedia in question in the gymnasium of the Mahalla Municipality Sports Club.
Preparing registration forms:
The researcher designed (5) registration forms, as follows:-
• Junior data registration form (age, height, weight, training age).
• An expert opinion survey form to determine the appropriateness of the proposed exercises using multimedia, in line with the program’s objective.
• An expert opinion survey form in the physical and skill tests in proportion to the research objective.
• A form for recording the results of physical tests.
Running (30) metres.
Shuttle running (8X25).
Sargent’s vertical jump.
• A form for recording the results of skill tests related to the accuracy and speed of the penalty kick using the different methods under consideration.
- Divided goal test to measure accuracy.
- Reverse light signals test to measure reaction speed.
Statistical manipulations:
The researcher used the appropriate statistical treatments for the nature of the research using the STATISTICA program, which included:
- SMA . T-test for differences.
- standard deviation . Percentages of improvement.
torsion coefficient. Besron’s simple correlation coefficient.
Conclusions:-
In the light of the study, its objectives, the methodology used, the research sample, the procedures taken, and within the framework of the statistical treatments used for the data and results of the study, the researcher reached the following
conclusions:
- The effect of the exercise program using multimedia had a positive effect on the research sample in improving the Q angle under research with a percentage of (37.11%) and in terms of differences (T) in favor of the post-measurement.
- The impact of the exercise program using multimedia has a positive effect on the research sample in the physical variables, and in terms of statistical differences
(T) between the pre- and post-measurement, and improvement rates in the “running (30) meters” test (22.32%), the “shuttle running (8X25)” test (19.26%), and the “Sargent’s vertical jump” test (44.68%).
- The impact of the exercise program using multimedia had a positive effect on the research sample in increasing the accuracy and speed of the penalty kick, and in terms of statistical differences (T) between the pre and post measurement, and the percentages of improvement reached in the accuracy of the penalty kick in the total of the three methods of the penalty kick (12.61%). And the percentage of improvement reached in the speed of the penalty kick in the total of the three methods of the penalty kick (20.95%).
Recommendations:-
Based on the data and information provided in the context of this research, and based on what the conclusions drawn from the statistical analysis indicate, and the discussion and interpretation of the results, the researcher makes the following recommendations:
- The need to use various technological means, especially multimedia, in explaining and facilitating the process of applying different exercises in all sports activities.
- Awareness of trainers about the importance of the angle of Q in maintaining the efficiency of performance, and taking periodic measurements of it to ensure its slope to the normal level.
- Further studies on Kew’s angle.
- Applying the use of technological means and multimedia to explain the different exercises and in different sports activities.
Abstract
The aim of the current research is to design orthodontic and specialized exercises using multimedia and to identify their effect on the normal rate of the angle Q for junior football, some physical variables and the accuracy and speed of the penalty kick, according to the three methods of junior football. The researcher also followed the experimental method by using the experimental design of one experimental group and the tribal and remote measurement, and the research sample was chosen in a deliberate way from the research community represented in the players of the Mahalla Sports Club, where the size of the actual research sample was (12) football players with a percentage of (37.50%). ), where (7) juniors were excluded because some of them did not adhere to the research procedures and others were injured, and (12) players were used from outside the basic sample and within the research community in order to conduct exploratory studies, and the most important result was that the impact of the exercise program using multimedia had an impact Positively in the research sample in the improvement of the angle of Q and the physical variables and the increase in the accuracy and speed of shooting for the penalty kick.
