هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية العلاج الأسري فى تخفيف أعراض اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي لدى الأطفال. وتكون المشاركون في هذه الدراسة من عشرة (10) أطفال وأسرهم، من مدينة بنها بمحافظة القليوبية، ممن يعانون من اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي، تراوحت أعمارهم من (6-4 ) سنوات، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية قوامها(5) أطفال وأسرهم، ومجموعة ضابطة قوامها(5) أطفال وأسرهم.
واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والثقافي (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقباس الإهمال والإساءة الوالدية (صورة الطفل (أ) + صورة الوالدين (ب)) (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي (صورة الطفل (أ) +صورة الوالدين (ب)) (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس العلاقات الأسرية (إعداد الباحثة)، وبرنامج العلاج الأسري (إعداد الباحثة)
وطُبق برنامج العلاج الأسرى فى العام الدراسى (2022-2021) بمجموع (116) جلسة، مضافًا إليها (جلستى الختام والمتابعة)، وقُدمت بعض هذه الجلسات بصورة فردية، وبعضها بصورة جماعية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبى ذي التصميم بين المجموعات (المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة)، وداخل المجموعات (القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية).
كما استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة، حيث استخدمت اختبار مان ويتنىMann-Whitney Test للدلالة الإحصائية للعينتين المستقلتين، واختبار ويلكوكسونWilcoxon Test للدلالة الإحصائية للعينتين المرتبطتين.
وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى0.01 بين متوسطى رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية ورتب درجات المجموعة الضابطة على مقياس اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي صورة”أ” صورة الطفل”، بعد تطبيق برنامج العلاج الأسري، وذلك فى اتجاه المجموعة التجريبية. ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى0.01 بين متوسطى رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية ورتب درجات المجموعة الضابطة على مقياس اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي صورة”ب” صورة الوالدين”، بعد تطبيق برنامج العلاج الأسري، وذلك فى اتجاه المجموعة التجريبية. ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى0.01 بين متوسطى رتب درجات القياسين: القبلى والبعدى للمجموعة التجريبية على مقياس اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي” صورة ”أ” صورة ”الطفل”، في اتجاه القياس البعدي. ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى0.01 بين متوسطى رتب درجات القياسين: القبلى والبعدى للمجموعة التجريبية على مقياس اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي” صورة ”ب” صورة ”الوالدين”، في اتجاه القياس البعدي،. ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى بين متوسطَى رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية، ورتب درجات المجموعة الضابطة في القياس التتبعى على مقياس اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي المستخدم في هذه الدراسة (صورة ”أ” صورة الطفل)، وذلك في اتجاه المجموعة التجريبية. ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى بين متوسطَى رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية، ورتب درجات المجموعة الضابطة في القياس التتبعي على مقياس اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي المستخدم في هذه الدراسة (صورة ”ب” صورة الوالدين)، وذلك في اتجاه المجموعة التجريبية. وعدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند أى من مستويات الدلالة بين متوسطى رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين البعدى والتتبعى، للمشاركين في الدراسة على مقياس اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي المستخدم فى هذه الدراسة (صورة”أ” صورة الطفل). وعدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند أى من مستويات الدلالة بين متوسطى رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين البعدى والتتبعي، للمشاركين في الدراسة على مقياس اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي المستخدم فى هذه الدراسة (صورة”ب” صورة الوالدين). ووجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى 0.01 بين القياسات الثلاثة (القبلي – البعدي – التتبعي) للمجموعة التجريبية على مقياس اضطراب التعلق التفاعلي المستخدم فى هذه الدراسة بصورتيه (صورة الطفل (أ) وصورة الوالدين (ب)) في اتجاه المتوسط الأفضل (القياس البعدي) مما يؤكد وجود فاعلية للبرنامج المستخدم في الدراسة الحالية والقائم على العلاج الأسري.
The current study aimed to: reveal the effectiveness of family therapy in alleviating the symptoms of reactive attachment disorder in children. The participants in this study consisted of ten (10) children and their families, from Benha city, Qalyubia governorate, who suffer from interactive attachment disorder, their ages ranged from (4-6) years, and they were divided into two groups: an experimental group consisting of (5) children and their families, and a control group consisting of (5) children and their families
The researcher used:
The social, economic and cultural level scale (prepared by the researcher)
The measure of parental neglect and abuse (the picture of the child (a) + the picture of the parents(b)) (prepared by the researcher)
The Reactive attachment disorder scale (the picture of the child (a) + the picture of the parents (b)) (prepared by the researcher)
The family relations scale (prepared by the researcher)
The family therapy program (prepared by the researcher)
The family therapy program was applied in the academic year (2021-2022) with a total of (116) sessions, in addition to (the closing and follow-up sessions), and some of these sessions were presented individually, and some were collectively. control), and within groups (before and after for the experimental group)
The Researcher Used the Following Statistical Methods:
the Mann-Whitney Test was used for the statistical significance of the two independent samples.
and the Wilcoxon Test for the statistical significance of the two linked samples.
The results of the study Included the Following:
there was a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.01 between the mean scores of the experimental group and the scores of the control group on the scale of reactive attachment disorder, picture ”A” picture of the child, after applying the family therapy program, in the direction of the experimental group. Statistically at the level of 0.01 between the mean scores of the experimental group and the scores of the control group on the scale of the reactive attachment disorder, picture ”B” picture of the parents, after applying the family therapy program, in the direction of the experimental group. And there is a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.01 between the mean scores of the two measurements: pre and post for the experimental group on the reactive attachment disorder scale “Photo A”, the picture of “the child”, in the direction of the post-measurement, and there is a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.01 between the mean scores The two measurements: the pre and post measurements of the experimental group on the reactive attachment disorder scale, picture B, the picture of the parents, in the direction of the post measurement. And there is a statistically significant difference at a level between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental group and the ranks of the scores of the control group in the follow-up measurement on the interactive attachment disorder scale used in this study (picture A, the image of the child), in the direction of the experimental group. And there is a statistically significant difference at a level between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental group and the ranks of the scores of the control group in the follow-up measurement on the scale of reactive attachment disorder used in this study (picture B, the parental image), in the direction of the experimental group. And there was no statistically significant difference at any of the levels of significance between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post and follow-up measurements of the participants in the study on the reactive attachment disorder scale used in this study (picture A, the child’s picture). And there was no statistically significant difference at any of the levels of significance between the average ranks of the experimental group scores in the post and follow-up measurements of the study participants on the reactive attachment disorder scale used in this study (picture B, the parent s’ picture). And there was a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.01 between the three measures (pre-post-follow-up) of the experimental group on the reactive attachment disorder scale used in this study in its two forms (the child’s image (A) and the parent’s image (B)) in the direction of the better average (the post-measurement), which It confirms the effectiveness of the program used in the current study, which is based on family therapy.
