Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the results of management of unstable distal radius fractures using variable-angle volar locking plate.
The study included 18 patients suffering from fractures of the distal radius. All of them fulfilled the inclusion criteria and complete at least 6 months follow up period.
On admission, all patients were assessed by: history taking, clinical examination and appropriate radiological assessment
