The study aims mainly to study the effectiveness of a counseling program to develop entrepreneurship skills for those who are about to graduate from deaf and dumb in Sharkia Governorate, through the following sub-objectives: Determining the relative importance of the entrepreneurship skills axes for deaf and dumb graduates in Sharkia Governorate. Determining the level of entrepreneurship skills in its axes among the deaf and dumb graduates in the Sharkia Governorate. Studying the correlative relationship between the economic and social factors of the study sample and the entrepreneurial skills with its axes. Detecting the difference between the mean scores of the deaf and dumb sample of the study in entrepreneurship skills according to the demographic variables of the study (place of residence - gender - age - arrangement among his brothers - father’s work - degree of disability - educational level of parents - monthly income - family size). Determining the most influential social and economic variables in the entrepreneurship skills of the deaf and dumb graduates who are about to graduate. Studying the differences between the average scores of deaf-mute graduates in entrepreneurship skills before and after applying the program. Studying the impact of the prepared program on developing entrepreneurship skills. The study sample: on (104) deaf and hard-of-hearing students who are about to graduate and enrolled in the first to third secondary grades of technical education. They were selected in a purposeful manner from Al-Amal Schools for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Sharkia Governorate, and the program was applied to a sample of ( 30) Deaf and hard-of-hearing students who are about to graduate from the same basic sample of the research, from the lower spring of the deaf and hard-of-hearing students who are about to graduate with a low and medium level of awareness of entrepreneurial skills, and they were selected in a deliberate and purposeful way. To obtain the data and information necessary for the study, the researcher prepared the following: General data form for deaf and hard of hearing students who are about to graduate and their families. A questionnaire to measure the entrepreneurial skills of the study sample. A mentorship program to develop entrepreneurship skills for deaf and dumb graduates in Sharkia Governorate. The results of the study revealed the following: More than two-thirds of the total of the deaf and hard-of-hearing students in the study sample had their level of awareness of medium and low entrepreneurial skills, and the percentage was 62.5%, 26.9%. The handicraft projects were the most projects that deaf students who are about to graduate want to establish, with a percentage of 56.7%, followed by 25% of the deaf who prefer commercial projects. There is a non-statistically significant positive correlation between (the degree of hearing loss- family size) entrepreneurship skills (they’s hubs), while there is a statistically significant positive correlation at the significance level of 0.05, 0.01, 0.001 between the knowledge of entrepreneurship skills and the entrepreneurship skills questionnaire. (with its axes). There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of deaf students in awareness of each of the personal leadership skills (creativity and innovation - total) and management skills (setting goals and planning - total) and total entrepreneurship skills according to the environment of the deaf students in favor of the urban environment. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the deaf students in the study sample and the awareness of both administrative skills (decision-making and problem-solving) and interactive skills (marketing - total) according to the level of education of the father. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of deaf students in the study sample and awareness of both personal leadership skills (creativity and innovation - risk taking and responsibility - leadership - initiative and perseverance - total) and management skills (goal setting, planning - implementation and evaluation - total) and interactive skills (communication). and the total entrepreneurial skills according to the father’s education level in favor of higher education. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of deaf students in the study sample and awareness of entrepreneurship skills (with its axes) according to the nature of the work of the parents of deaf students in favor of the parents of deaf students who own a private project. There are statistically significant differences between the level of awareness of deaf students who are about to graduate with entrepreneurial skills in its axes (personal skills “creativity and innovation - taking responsibility and risk-leadership-initiative and perseverance-and management skills” setting goals and planning - implementation and evaluation - decision-making and problem solving”, And interactive skills ”communication-marketing and promotion) and the total before and after the application of the program in favor of the dimensional application, that the size of the impact of the prepared indicative program is large in increasing the level of awareness of entrepreneurship skills and its axes.
