The research aims at designing a rehabilitation program using balance training and knowing its effects on both muscle strength and muscle strength (Men - Back - Hands), Constant and Moving Balance, Hemoglobin Blood Ratio in the research sample where the researcher used the experimental curriculum as suited to the nature of the problem to be studied, as well as that ”Experience reveals causal relationships in order to give a descriptive picture of the existing topic whatever the different design of the experiment” So the researcher resorted to a single group method with tribal and posttests to solve her research problem, as the number of the sample reached (11) Members of the club’s audiences, the sample was chosen in a deliberate manner. The most important results were in the light of the objective of the research and its appointment and as a result of statistical treatments conducted after presentation, discussion and interpretation of the results, the following were concluded: - The emergence of moral differences in favor of dimensional measurement and in favor of the pilot sample, as the proposed approach has a positive impact on: Muscular strength of muscles (two men - back - hands), constant and moving balance, hemoglobin ratio of blood I have a research sample .

Balance Exercises As A Basis for Developing The Health And physical Condition Of The Elderly
Ageing leads to a gradual decline in the body’s core abilities, such as muscle mass and strength in both men and women. Starting in the fourth decade of life, human beings lose from 3% to 5% of muscle size each decade. This decrease reaches 1% each year after the age of 50. And it is worth mentioning that muscle keeps us strong and keeps the human weight and helps to support the bones and make them strong, So when muscle loss loses strength and mobility and becomes unable to perform the basic functions of human life.
Older persons are the most vulnerable groups of society to physical, health, psychological, social and economic loss. and certain institutions in States seek to support older persons in addressing those challenges and to highlight problems facing older persons as a risk of repeated loss of balance, This represents fear among the elderly for potentially minor or serious injuries.
”Baha-Din” (2008 m) confirms that exercise may help the elderly by improving brain function by increasing blood flow to areas of the brain used for memory, Lassen said ”Even those older people who make a little bit of a light effort such as 15-minute walks three times a week seem to be benefiting. Based on these results, we advise older people, taking advantage of them because exercise may slow down the pace of thought problems associated with age.
The research aims to design a rehabilitation program using balance training and know its effects on both: -
1. Muscular strength of muscles (men - back – agriculture )
2. Steady and moving equilibrium
3. Blood hemoglobin ratio I have sample research
Search Assumptions :
1. There are statistically significant differences between tribal and dimensional measurement in the research sample in muscle strength variables (men-back-arms ) .
2. There are statistically significant differences between tribal and dimensional measurement in the research sample in constant and moving balance variables .
3. There are statistically significant differences between tribal and dimensional measurement in the research sample in variables in hemoglobin’s blood improvement ratio .
Research curriculum :
The researcher used the experimental method of tribal and postgraduate measurement for one experimental group to fit the nature of the research objectives and assumptions
Research Community :
The researcher selected a sample representative from the community of frequent gentlemen on the Malloui Elderly Sports Club in the Malloui/Minya governorate, which is 19 individuals aged 59:85
Sample Search :
The researcher opted for the sample in a deliberate manner, from the Malloui Elderly Sports Club in Malloui/Minya Governorate, where the sample was 11 members of the club
Sample selection Conditions
_ Not subject to any other program
_ Do not perform any surgery during the time of application
_ They don’t have chronic diseases
_ Regular attendance
_ Take written approval from the search sample by taking blood samples twice (before me - after me )
Tools and means of data collection
References and previous studies
Previous books, studies, necessary documents and research related to research and foreign scientific realities have been examined on the issue in question and are interested in studying the extent of the impact of balance training on the elderly
Data Collection and Registration Form and Facilities
_ Personal data registration form and anthropometric measurements are designed. Annex (1), annex (2
_ Take written approvals from members of the sample, not due to their experimentation. Annex (6
_ Take written approvals from the University of Minya to borrow devices used in tribal and remote measurements (dynamo meter device for muscle strength) two men - back - grip strength .Attachment (5)
_Take administrative approvals by conducting the experiment within the club. Annex (4 )
Devices and tools used
Devices
_ Round digital balance for weight measurement
_ Measuring tape to measure length
_ The WI device to test the moving balance
_ Dynamo meter device for muscle strength (two men - back - grip strength )
Tools
(Chair - Whistle - Ball - Weight - Stepping box - Medical ball - Pillow - Lace - Rubber rope - Handkerchief - Stick - Dumbles - Small balls – Balance device - Multi-use device - Bar - Table - Sandbag – Balloons )
Conclusion :
In the light of the research’s objective and identification as a result of statistical treatments conducted after presentation, discussion and interpretation of the results, the following has been concluded:
1- The emergence of moral differences in favor of dimensional measurement and in favor of the experimental sample, as the proposed approach has a positive impact on :
● Muscle strength of muscles ( men - back – hands )
● Steady and moving balance
● Blood hemoglobin ratio in the research sample
2- The exercises used during the rehabilitation programme have a positive effect on the development of the muscle strength of the hands, legs and back, and the steady and moving balance as shown in the moral results of all the remoteness tests of the research sample
3-Regular exercise has a positive effect on blood hemoglobin
4-The experimental group achieved an improvement in the development of the muscle strength of the hands, men and back, static and moving balance, and high blood hemoglobin
Recommendations
1- The need to take care of older persons after 50 to engage in low to medium-intensity sports activities and sensitize them to the importance of sports for them and the benefits and benefits they derive from many health and physical benefits
2-Attention must be paid to daily exercise for at least 30 minutes due to the positive effects of a sense of activity, vitality and health
3-Trying to address other training methods that call for pleasure, excitement and the health benefit of older persons, such as small toys, for example at their different ages and careers
4-Government and career institutions should set aside some of the official working time for their employees to perform any kind of physical activity in order to break from the daily work routine and eliminate long sitting hours behind the desk due to positive feedback on the functioning and public and health life of employees
5-Opening training courses for State employees supervised by fitness trainers or teachers to improve their fitness and sensitize them to the need to practice .physical exercise outside working times
