This research aims to identify ”the effect of high-intensity physical exertion on the level of glutamine concentration and some indicators of immunity, white blood cells, total number and specific number, as well as some immune proteins (IgM - (IgG - IgA) by applying measurement before high-intensity effort and after physical effort among students of the Faculty of Physical Education Beni Suef University. The researcher used the experimental approach, and the research sample included (10) students from the fourth year students, Department of Sports Training, specializing in athletics. Descriptive variables (height - weight - age) were measured before the effort and some physiological variables (pulse - systolic blood pressure). – diastolic blood pressure), as well as the level of glutamine concentration in plasma before physical exertion and after physical exertion on the treadmill, as well as drawing blood to measure the percentage of blood and white blood cells, qualitative number, total number, and immune proteins (IgG - IgA - IgM), and one of the most important results was that there is Statistically significant differences between the two measurements in favor of the post-measurement in (glutamine) rationing physical effort for students of the Faculty of Physical Education positively affects physiological variables, that physical loads rated intensity have any effect Gabe on blood components and some immune proteins. The researchers recommend the need to ration physical loads for college students so that the effect is positive and does not affect the health and physical level of students. Through the results of the research, researchers can recommend the following: the use of metered physical loads in order to improve sports performance as well as improve the functions of devices the body. Helping students overcome the physical and psychological burdens during the study period and not burdening them physically and psychologically.2 .There are statistically significant levels of concentration of blood components (relatively and qualitatively) before high-intensity exercise and after high-intensity physical exertion, in favor of post-measurement.
3. There are statistically significant levels of concentration of some immunomodulators (IgM- (IgG - IgA) before high-intensity exercise and after high-intensity physical exertion, in favor of telemetry
Recommendations:
In the light of the research objectives and hypotheses and within the limits of the research sample and the statistical treatments used and through the research results, the researchers can recommend the following:
1.The use of measured physical loads in order to improve sports performance as well as improve the functions of body systems.
2. The rationing of physical effort for students of the Faculty of Physical Education positively affects the physiological and biochemical variables
3. Helping students overcome the physical and psychological burdens during the study period and not burdening them physically and psychologically.
4.Applying the annual periodic examination to students to ensure their health and physiological status
5.Rationalizing the training unit for students according to physiological and immunological variables
4.Raise the level of health culture among female students and society in general.
5.Further immunology-related research at different age stages within the study programs of the Colleges of Sports Education.
6.Investing the university’s laboratory material components in maximizing the role of scientific research.
- A sphygmomanometer and a stethoscope to measure pressure by the doctor (2)
Stop watch to measure the pulse rate
- Tread mill attached (2)
Centrifuge for separating serum.
- Automatic pipette for drawing blood samples
- Special tubes for collecting samples, sealed with an anticoagulant, to preserve the analysis of the blood picture until the analysis is performed. Attachment (8)
- Special tubes for collecting samples, tightly closed, without anticoagulant, to save the glutamine analysis until the analysis is carried out. Attached (8)
Box of crushed ice to transport samples.
Medical cotton, volatile alcohol, and medical plaster.
The analyzes being investigated:
The researcher used the appropriate laboratory methods to determine the requirements of the research, which are the level of glutamine concentration, blood components, and some immune proteins (IgG, IgM, IgA), which were done by drawing blood samples from a sample under study by specialists. Attachment (6)
Clinical examinations:
The researchers sought the help of a specialized doctor to conduct medical examinations to ensure that they are free of respiratory and communicable diseases.
Conclusions:
In the light of the research objectives and within the limits of the sample used and through statistical treatments and the results that have been reached, the following conclusions can be drawn:
1.There are statistically significant differences in the level of glutamine concentration before high-intensity physicalexertion and after high-intensity physical exertion in favor of post- measurement.
The research sample was chosen by the intentional method from students of the fourth year, the training department, specializing in athletics, at the Faculty of Physical Education for the academic year 2021/2022 AD, as the research sample reached (20) students who did not practice any sporting activity except through the special (practical - theoretical) curriculum. subjects, and their ages ranged from (20:22) years.
- (10) students were excluded after descriptive measurements and some physiological measurements (pulse, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure). The research Sample:
Data collection methods:
The researcher determined the means and tools used in the research to collect data:
First: Tools and devices used to implement the program:
1- Previous references and studies:
Books, previous studies, necessary documents, research related to research, and foreign scientific websites that dealt with the problem under study, which are concerned with studying the effect of physical loads on the level of glutamine concentration and some immune proteins, have been reviewed.
2- Data collection and registration form and approvals:
A - Sample data collection form and test results for each student attached (1)
B- Obtaining written approvals from the sample members to conduct the experiment on them. Attachment ( 5 )
Hardware tools used:
Remote body temperature measuring device.
- Hand sanitizer and masks (MASKS).
- Medical scale Body weight in kilograms to measure weight in kilograms. Attachment(2)
A restameter is used to measure length in centimeters. Attachment (2)
The current research aims to:
a. To identify the effect of high-intensity physical exertion on the level of glutamine concentration
b. To identify the effect of high-intensity physical exertion on blood components
c. Identify the effect of high-intensity physical exertion on some immune proteins (IgM- (IgG - IgA)
Search assignments:
The researcher assumes that:
1. There are statistically significant differences in the level of glutamine concentration before high-intensity physical exertion and after high-intensity physical exertion.
2. There are statistically significant differences in the concentration of blood components (relatively and qualitatively) before high-intensity exercise and after high-intensity physical exertion.
3. There are statistically significant levels of concentration of some immune markers (IgM- (IgG - IgA) before high-intensity exercise and after high-intensity physical exertion
Research Methodology:
The researcher used the experimental approach with one group design and following the pre and post measurement, due to its suitability to the nature of the study.
research community
The research community represents the students of the (fourth) division, the training department of the Faculty of Physical Education, Beni Suef University for the academic year 2021 / 2022, and their number is about 140 students.
