Abstract The importance of the study is derived out from analyzing the Euro - American policies toward arab revolutions with special focus to the cases of (Tunisia, Egypt and Libya), as the research problem is that despite the ideals advocated by the American and Europeans regarding ”participatory democracy”, the trend toward the different Arab revolutions, made it quite obvious that they faced the dilemma of democracy versus stability, which raised the main question of the study that is (Did the USA and EU adapt the same model in dealing with all revolutionary cases in the Arab world or was their policies more bilateral tailored relations based on interest not ethical principles? |
