Abstract
The present study carried out to survey the cheyletid mite species inhabiting at ten Egyptian governorates i.e Cairo , Behera, Dakahlia , Damitta , Giza, Gharbia , Menya , Monofia , Qualyobia and sharkia from dibers litter soil different vegetations i,e ornamental plants and fruit trees bird nests feather debris of animals and stored products from from March , 2010 to February , 2012. 32 mite species in (17) genera. belonging to famils cheyletidae were surveyed
