Abstract
I.Aim of the study: Compare cytotoxicity of EndoRez, RealSeal and AH Plus Endodontic sealers. II.Compare sealing ability of EndoRez, RealSeal and AH Plus Endodontic sealers. III.Compare sealing ability of different pairing of EndoRez sealer with different core filling material (EndoRez points, Resilon points or Gutta percha points) Material and methods: Cytotoxicity test was performed with tissue culture method on fibroblast cell using MTT assays at different time periods 24 hours, 72 hours and 7 days. Sealing ability test was done using bacterial leakage model (E.faecalis the most commen in root canal) . Fifty teeth was divided into 5 groups , 10 teeth for each group (n=10).Teeth were decoronated, prepared using crown {u2013} down technique . group 1 was obturated with Realseal with resilon points , group 2 was obturated with AHplus and gutta-percha, group3 was obturated with Endorez and Endorez points, group 4 was obturated with Endorez and resilon points, group 5 was obturated with Endorez and gutta-percha. Obturation was done using lateral condensation technique. Two teeth from each group was observed under scanning electron microscope
