Abstract Fatigue, insomnia and anemia are the majorproblems affecting the breast cancer patients after chemotherapy. The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of aerobic exercise program on fatigue, insomnia and anemia on cancer patients after chemotherapy. A pre-test and post - test randomized control group design was used. Thirty female patients who had cancer and complaining from fatigue, insomnia and anemia and complete the cycle of chemotherapy, were participated in this study for the treatment period of eight weeks. The patients were equally and randomly divided into two groups. Control group (A) were treated with chemotherapy only while patients in the study group (B) had chemotherapy in addition to aerobic exercise sessions three times per week for eight weeks. Fatigue, insomnia and anemia were recorded using healthy, wellness and quality of life Questionnaire; sleep Med questionnaire and hemoglobin level respectively.
