Abstract
The research focuses on explaining the factors that affect the quality of service for VoIP networks, studies the impact of IPv6 on these factors, and how IPv6 can help us to achieve a better quality of services than the preceding protocol IPv4. In addition, there is a comparison between some of the algorithms to improve the quality of service by using both IPv4 and IPv6. Furthermore, I implemented a proposed algorithm to improve the sound quality and compare it with the previous algorithms
