questionnaire tool; b) Anthropometric assessment tool; and c) nutritional assessment
tools. The ages of the research sample ranged between (20 - 35) years, with a mean of

mor) with a mean of BMI 35.5 ±4.7.Only 61.6% of the study sample never eat fast
food, 32% either drank beverage regularly or always. Moreover, 46.4 % from the
study sample always added sugar in large quantity, 40% consumed fruits, 35.2%
either used fat or oil for cooking and eat snacks between meals .Also, 83.2% of the
study sample had unsatisfactory dietary behavior for certain nutrients. Carbohydrate,
diary product, fruits, vegetables and grains were the main nutrients used by the study
sample. Craving for un-healthy foods such as beverages, sweets and fats was noted .
