المستخلص

The study aimed to the reality of school performance quality in private schools sohag governorate, applying Gemba Kaizen approach to improve the school performance quality, overcoming the restrictions of applying this approach in private schools and making a suggestion, that we can improve the school performance quality in private school through it in the light of Gemba Kaizen approach for permanently improvement.
The study used the descriptive approach with a questionnaire as its requirements. That was applied on teachers, agents and principals in private schools in Sohag governorate, that was counted with 398 persons.
The study founded the following results:
-weakness in the ability of achieving the teamwork.
-Weakness of permanently improvement for administrative processes in private school, that its quality is not required in fact.
-Neglecting the beneficiary from service and the low interesting for taking their opinions on service, that the schools make for them.
-The weakness of private schools in applying the different strategies of Gemba Kaizen approach, that help in improving the quality of school performance and improving their work.
-The separation of some managers of private schools from the reality by depending on more paper issues, routine writings and making decisions according to these reports only.
-The weakness of financial incentive that make decrease the morale of the employees in private schools.
-The weakness of some managers of private schools in accompanying the modern skills to help the modern professional needs.
-The low interesting with the digital applications, that make work easier in private schools.
-The low cooperation of the parents with school sometimes and resisting the development planes.
