Abstract The present study confers the synthesis of some novel fused heterocyclic steroidal derivatives as anti-osteoclastogenic agents. The osteoclasts were generated from RAW264.7 murine cell line in vitro. Assessment procedures were carried out to assure the differentiation process. Then, the anti-osteoclastogenic activity of the synthesized compounds was estimated against the cell line in vitro. A molecular docking study was performed against IGF-1R. Finally, an in silico ADME study was conducted to evaluate the synthesized compounds pharmacokitnetic and drug-likeness properties. |
